Summer = Loud Music?

Does Summer equal loud music from teenagers in cars? Ever since school let out, we have had an abundance of loud music from cars plowing through our neighborhood. I don’t mind the occasional bit of loud music from a roaming car. I remember my teenage years well, and we’re also elated that we have a break from school. But can we turn the music down at 8am, please? Our whole family woke up with that last round we heard this morning. And is there a reason to leave the music on for hours at a time, while the car is parked? Here’s hoping we continue to practice a sense of community with each other and turn the music down…just a tad. After all, it is Summer.
