The thief who committed several local break-ins was caught red handed by authorities when he was pulled over with stolen goods in his car. He is now crying and apologizing for stealing from others. As a result, authorities are reportedly considering reducing the charges. The video is pretty interesting, especially when he appears to complain that he didn’t gain much money from stealing from the victims.
