Dams Are Reportedly Holding
The Army Corps of Engineers have reported that the dams are holding. Water rescue operations have also been detailed in this article. Roane County [from East TN where I used to live] has been contacted to commence documentation for FEMA. They of course have experience with FEMA due to the coal ash spill in Kingston, TN.
