Construction on E Kingston Springs Rd Soon?

We just noticed a Superior Traffic Control Truck seemingly setting up construction signs on E Kingston Springs Road. Hopefully, this means we will soon see construction begin on repairing both the road and the traffic light around the middle and high schools.

The deadline for the construction bids was today. And it had to be submitted online. Also, the completion time is on or before December 31st.
Okay, I just called TDOT Construction Division and learned that Civil Constructors, Inc. will more than likely win the bid/contract for repairing our road. TDOT has 30 days from today to make their decision, as today was the last day to bid on our road project. Here is a complete list of the bidders for the road project:
