Flood May Cost TN Towns Less

Tennessee is reportedly going to receive $200M in federal money, due to the Flood of 2010.  This will reportedly allow local communities to put 5% toward matching funds instead of the 10% projected earlier.  These are the times when it really helps to have Senator Alexander on the Senate Appropriations Committee.
