Update on AO Smith Negotiations

The Times has an update on the negotiations that the county is in with AO Smith. Part of the negotiations would reportedly include a time line for repayment of the money the county would give AO Smith, a promise by AO Smith to stay in our county, and possible use of land that the county has been trying to gain access to for years.
