The Times has put together an article on how well the county has bounced back from the Flood of 2010, as well as the challenges ahead for our community. Ed Hogan, the local emergency management director, noted that no one lost their lives as a result of the flooding last year. He would be wrong. Let’s not forget Danny Tomlinson.
