The Cheatham County School System invites proposals for the following services of the Cheatham County Schools:
Custodial
Plant Maintenance/Grounds Care
Technology/Information Systems Management
Transportation/Vehicle Maintenance Management
Cafeteria/Food Service Management

Instructions and specifications for bids are available at the office of the Cheatham County Board of Education, 102 Elizabeth Street, Ashland City,  TN. 37015.

Proposals are due by 9:00 a.m. on Monday, May 16, 2011, at which time they will be opened.  The Cheatham County School System reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to accept any proposal or portion thereof deemed to be in the best interest of the Cheatham County School System.  If there are any further questions, please call 615-792-5664.”

“Request for Proposal

The Cheatham County Board of Education is requesting proposals from interested firms who can provide professional services which include client contacts, design, construction documents, engineering and construction observation and coordination of capital building projects.  This will include but not be limited to review of the existing long range capital spending plan for the Board and the recommendation of  changes and modifications to that plan including possible repairs, additions and modifications to existing school buildings and the proposed construction of new schools and other capital building projects and who can provide construction management and or design-build services for the construction of such projects through a public building authority as provided in Tennessee Code Annotated Section 12-10-101 et seq.

Interested firms should submit a brief outline of their abilities to provide the above-mentioned services no later than Monday, May 16, 2011, at 8:30 a.m. to the Board Office, 102 Elizabeth  Street, Ashland City, TN. 37015.  If there are questions, please call 615-792-5664.
