The job posting for the replacement Director of Transportation/Maintenance/Custodial has been posted on the CCBOE website. It looks as if successful candidates will not only need to know about large trucks, but also be able to drive one. A Class B CDL is a job requirement. This would be a sweet gig for someone, especially with a proposed 38% pay increase. I quess the job is now 38% more difficult since we are no longer spending additional funds to contract with an outside agency to study and implement effective routes and whatever other duties would normally be in the job description of the director of transportation….
My question is, will this 38% pay increase be based on the previous salary that was in the low to mid 40K a year, or on the current friend of Webb salary which is in the high 60K to low 70K per year?
