The Kingston Springs Facebook Page is reporting that they are in need of election poll workers, and that the deadline for absentee ballots is for July 28th:
“You can request an absentee ballot for the August election through July 28th. Call the Election Office at 792-5770 if you need more information or assistance. Also, the Election Office is looking for people to work at the polls. There is a one-hour training session involved and it will be held in the next couple of weeks here in Kingston Springs. Call the same number if you are interested in helping out in the community. There is some nominal pay involved too.”
