Local Election Results
The Tennessean has reported the following results:
- Brian Chase has won the local School Board seat,
- Charles Morehead has won the Pegram Mayor seat,
- Carl Cothern has reportedly won Road Superintendent (although the Tennessean is reporting that Cothern earned 100% of the vote, which is certainly impossible),
- Linda Hayes is in the lead for the Democratic ticket for the vacant State House Seat,
- The Republican representative for the State House Seat is still too close to call,
- Jim Cooper has won the District 5 US House Democratic part of the ticket,
- The District 5 US House Republican ticket is too close to call,
- Diane Black has won the District 6 Republican US House part of the ticket,
- The US Senate Democratic ticket is still too close to call,
- Bob Corker won the US Senate Republican ticket.
