Tennessean Article On Gangs

This link I've posted shows the known gangs throughout TN. The only known gang at this time to Cheatham County is reportedly "Folk Nation." If you google Folk Nation, the wiki states that Folk Nation is actually a group of gangs that have formed an alliance. Another link to a FL law enforcement web site states that any Folk Nation member automatically is in allegiance with the Latin Kings. I used to work with juvenile court in Knox County, and was really happy to know that gangs weren't prevalent here locally. Unfortunately, according to this Tennessean article, this is no longer the case.

Tim Webb Talks About TN Standards

Webb is quoted in this article about increasing state standards for schools, and how most schools that do well under the current system would fail using the new standards. The comments section on this article from the Tennessean should be an interesting read.
